We offer weekly sits and retreats with on-going instruction in sitting and walking meditation by our guiding teacher, Victor Byrd, who gives regular dharma talks and leads our open discussions. Everyone is welcome to sit with us as we journey from the unreal to the Real.
Long Beach Meditation is a 501(c)3 non-profit educational organization. When you make donations and receive no significant tangible goods or services, your donations are deductible to the extent provided by law.

A 45 minute sit beginning at 9am. Led by Katie, it will be a simple, no frills format. Starts May 20, 2016
Starting April 21, Alison will host a weekly grief group from 7-9pm. Everyone is welcome
We combine traditional yoga with the fundamentals of Mindfulness Meditation. Everyone is welcome, every Wednesday at 5:30pm!
