Additional Information

  • We begin with a 30 minute sit, followed by a dharma talk and group discussion. We conclude with another 30 minute sit at 4:30 and end with the metta (lovingkindness) chant.
  • We have cushions, zafus, benches and comfortable chairs on hand, but you are welcome to bring your own sitting gear.
  • If you come early please feel free to join in and help us set up the meditation space. It’s a great way to be of service and to meet some wonderful people.
  • The FIRST Sunday of each month is our Sangha Social. Instead of a dharma talk, we have an informal discussion, then enjoy snacks and beverages as we get to know each other in a warm, casual atmosphere. (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
